You’ll supervise and coach catering teams, liaise with ward staff and senior managers, and work closely with the catering dietitian to develop nutritious, seasonal and sustainable menus that meet the Trust’s Food and Drink Strategy. Practical delivery sits alongside quality assurance — ensuring food production conforms to the department’s ISO 9001 standards, national guidance and infection‑control requirements — while driving continuous improvement and resilient service planning across the kitchen.
