Support adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs as a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker based at Tan Y Coed, Bryn y Neuadd Hospital in Llanfairfechan. In this full‑time, permanent role you will support Ward Managers to deliver person‑centred care on an inpatient learning disability unit; the post involves shift work including weekends and night duty on an internal rotation. Pay is Band 3 (£25,313–£26,999 per annum).
