Health Care Support Worker with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (based in Merthyr, CF48). You will be part of the District Nursing Service, working under the Team Leader District Nursing and supporting Registered Nurses to implement assessed care in patients’ homes and community settings. The role involves hands-on care, clinical observations and working across multi‑disciplinary and multi‑agency teams. This is a permanent, part‑time post at Agenda for Change Band 3, with a salary of £25,313–£26,999 pro rata. Applicants must hold a Level 3 NVQ/QSF in a health‑care related subject or possess equivalent skills and be prepared to start this qualification within three months of joining.
