Roles are available full‑time and part‑time, based at Dorset County Hospital (DT1), and include everyday duties such as supporting clinical teams with ward running, delivering excellent patient care, learning NHS systems and basic clinical skills, and using initiative under supervision. This is a great fit for people who enjoy teamwork, value practical learning and want clear pathways to develop — the post includes a week of initial training leading to the Care Certificate and opportunities for further Functional Skills and progression to Band 3 where suitable.
