Lead a specialist team at Cygnet Alders Clinic, a 20‑bed rehabilitation service for women with personality disorder and complex needs, and use your nursing expertise to shape safe, recovery‑focused care. This permanent, full‑time Clinical Manager post is based in the South West (GL1 5UA), working 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with a competitive salary of £70,000. You’ll provide clinical leadership, coaching and mentoring, lead audits and quality improvement, ensure NMC‑compliant care plans and medicines administration, and contribute to clinical committees and the annual Quality and Compliance programme. We’re looking for an RMN or RNLD with a current PIN and at least two years’ experience, strong documentation and auditing skills, and a compassionate, resilient approach to promoting independence and reducing risk; deputising and a passion for leadership or research are desirable.
