Brief Description

Your pivotal role as the Head of occupational Health Delivery involves bot just meeting industry requirements but exceeding them. Driving the development and delivery of core Occupational Health Services, as well as shaping the landscape of business health needs. You will help elevate standards, ensure legislative compliance, and drive continuous improvements across all level, from the leadership team to our close-knit operational unites.

About the role (External)

Picture yourself setting a clear direction for Occupational Health services within the organisation, bringing about transformative change, whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, Occupational Health delivery partners, and business units. Your influence will consistently and effectively manage organisational health risks, aligning with legislative requirements, risk management strategies, and industry standard process all while recognising that travel to clinics nationwide may be required.

Person Specification / Essential Criteria

The ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a degree in Occupational Health.
  • Exceptional expertise with a proven track record in managing multiple effective Occupational Health teams.
  • Excels in senior clinical operations or clinical relationship management.
  • Comprehensive experience in managing end-to-end client and customer relationships.
Innovative Leadership:

  • Provides innovative leadership with a strategic outlook.
  • Capable of driving the delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Possesses advanced influencing and negotiation skills to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
Operational Excellence:

  • Capable of managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrates operational excellence through experience in managing multiple Occupational Health centres across the UK.

  • Band & Salary: Band 2C, Salary £85,395 - £106,746 Dependent upon experience (any salary offered will be within salary range advertised)
