We are on the lookout for Support Workers with patience, good listening skills and a keen interest in providing personalised Self-Directed Supports for people within the East Renfrewshire and Glasgow Local Authority areas.

The people we support face a variety of cognitive, physical and/or behavioural challenges in their day to day lives.


Your Role May Include


  • Working with individuals to participate in community based social activities of their choice,
  • Accompany individuals to shopping and/or maintain their own home,
  • Support individuals to develop their confidence and skills, to realise their potential and to have the

Additional desirable qualities, qualifications and experience of the post holder include:


  • All applicants must have a UK manual driving licence with access to their own car
  • Hardworking, flexible, motivated, and driven to do the right thing by the people we support.
  • SVQ 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or a commitment to undertake an SVQ.
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) or a commitment to become registered.
  • PVG checks will be required for the successful applicant, as are two references; one being from the most recent employer.
