Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a full-time Care Assistant for its luxury 72-bed care home, Earlsfield Court, located in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to both residential and dementia residents. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of £11.90 plus various company benefits, including paid breaks and uniform. Candidates should ideally have an NVQ Level 2 qualification or a willingness to obtain one, and they can expect comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
