The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Senior Support Worker for their new service in Aberdeen, which aims to assist eight individuals with complex needs in living independently within their own tenancies. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in care support and either already possess or be willing to pursue an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. As a Front Line Management staff member, the Senior Support Worker will be responsible for coaching and mentoring support staff, managing rotas, facilitating the development of effective support plans for clients, and liaising with external agencies.
