Job Title: Care Worker x 2 (Nights)
Location: Hounslow, London Borough of Hounslow
Overview:
The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking two Night Care Workers for Clifton Gardens care home in Chiswick. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, particularly those with dementia, during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents’ safety and well-being throughout the night.
- Assist with personal care routines and administer medications.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain cleanliness in the facility.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Keep accurate records of residents’ conditions.
Ideal Candidate:

You’ll perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment and keep accurate records of any incidents or changes in residents’ conditions. Effective communication with residents, families, and other staff members is crucial, as is showing compassion, patience, and attention to detail.
You’ll also required to call for medical assistance in the night such as 111 or 999.

The night staff team is integral to ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents throughout the night. We provide comprehensive Induction and probation period which includes a robust training plan, to equip you with the skills from administering medications to responding to emergencies. The role is both challenging and rewarding, as staff members have the opportunity to make a significant impact on residents' lives. We foster a supportive environment where team members can rely on each other, share experiences, and continuously learn.
