Bluebird Care is urgently seeking full-time Care Assistants in West London to support young adults and elderly clients with various health conditions, including learning disabilities and complex medical needs. Responsibilities include providing personal care, administering medication, manual handling, promoting client well-being, companionship, and assisting with domestic tasks. The role offers flexibility with shifts available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends, requiring a minimum of 16 hours per week.
