ABR International AB is seeking a Senior Support Worker for their new service in Aberdeen, specifically the Stoneywood (Dyce) facility, which caters to 8 individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently. The role involves frontline management, which includes coaching and mentoring staff, managing monthly rotas, overseeing staff training, and ensuring that effective support plans are developed for each individual. Applicants must have at least two years of relevant experience and be willing to pursue or possess an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

In addition to support for staff and individuals, the Senior Support Worker will liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory bodies.
