The Senior Care Assistant role at HC-One in Edinburgh is centered around providing compassionate and personalized care within a supportive environment for residents with various needs, including dementia and nursing care. In this position, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care are maintained while fostering strong relationships with residents and their families. Your responsibilities include implementing tailored care plans, assisting with daily activities, managing medication administration, and maintaining accurate records. A background in person-centered care, along with a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or willingness to work toward Level 3), is preferred.
