As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to residents in a Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care setting. This full-time position (44 hours per week, nights only) focuses on ensuring residents’ care plans are executed effectively, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with care planning and daily tasks under the supervision of qualified nurses.
  • Engage with residents, especially those with dementia, to foster a caring environment.
  • Perform clinical tasks, including administering medications and wound care, after training.

Qualifications Required:

  • S/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the health and social care sector.
  • Knowledge of person-centered care planning and relevant regulations.
