TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Care Co-ordinator for a nursing home located in Partington, Manchester, specializing in dementia care. Candidates must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care. The role involves maintaining the personal care of residents, ensuring high-quality service delivery, overseeing the physical environment of the home, and managing the well-being of staff and residents in the absence of the Manager. Responsibilities include organizing shifts, administering medication, updating care plans, and supervising training for support staff.
