Trust Housing Association is seeking Later Living Carers for their new services launching in April in Motherwell and Bellshill. The role involves providing essential support and care to older and vulnerable adults within their own homes, based on individual assessments. Carers will work flexible shifts between 7.30 am and 10 pm, with guaranteed hours ranging from 12 to 18 per week on a rolling rota. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.25 - £12.50, alongside training opportunities, career progression, and additional benefits such as paid SSSC membership and uniform.

Ideal candidates should have experience in the care sector, particularly working with older people, and possess good communication and IT skills. While prior experience is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided for passionate individuals dedicated to enhancing the lives of customers. The role requires registration with the SSSC and completion of mandatory training, in addition to a satisfactory interview and background checks.
