The role of Night Senior Care Assistant at HC-One in Glasgow focuses on providing compassionate and personalized care to residents in a variety of settings, including Dementia, Nursing, and Residential homes. In this position, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care while fostering secure, dignified, and independent living for residents. Responsibilities include planning and implementing care plans, assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintaining accurate records, and engaging residents through social and recreational activities. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or be working towards Level 3), experience in person-centered care, and a natural ability to connect with people.
