In this position, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care while fostering secure, dignified, and independent living for residents. Ideally, you’ll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and are prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent, a background in person centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
