HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join their team in London, where kindness is a core value in providing quality care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. In this role, you will assist residents with personal care activities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being while promoting their dignity and individuality. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include delivering compassionate care, supporting activities within the home, and recognizing signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
