The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Team Manager for their new service in Dyce, Aberdeen, which supports individuals with complex needs to live independently in their own tenancies. The role involves building effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the strategic development of services. The Team Manager will lead a team of Senior Support Workers, focusing on quality outcomes for both staff and the individuals they support. Applicants should have management experience in a care setting and hold a relevant qualification as defined by the SSSC.
