Your Role As a Twilight Care Assistant
As part of our friendly and dedicated team, your responsibilities during twilight hours will include:
Supporting residents with evening routines, including personal care, hygiene, and settling in for the night.
Assisting with meal preparation and evening mealtimes.
Promoting a calm and relaxing environment to support residents’ well-being.
Providing companionship and emotional support during quieter hours.
Monitoring the safety and comfort of residents throughout the evening.
Helping with mobility and ensuring any specific needs are met during your shift.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in communal and private areas.
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless care.

Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
