Oak Springs boasts a vibrant 74-bedded facility spread across three beautifully designed floors, featuring music rooms, a beauty salon, and tranquil courtyards. Here, we don't just focus on care—we celebrate individuality and enhance the quality of life for every resident.
Your Role As a Twilight Care Assistant
As part of our friendly and dedicated team, your responsibilities during twilight hours will include:

- Pay Rate: £11.49 per hour
- Shift Hours: 4pm - 11pm
- Contracted Hours: 26 hours, 4 shifts per week AND 19.5 hours, 3 shifts per week available both including weekend working

Your Role As a Twilight Care Assistant
As part of our friendly and dedicated team, your responsibilities during twilight hours will include:
- Supporting residents with evening routines, including personal care, hygiene, and settling in for the night.
- Assisting with meal preparation and evening mealtimes.
- Promoting a calm and relaxing environment to support residents’ well-being.
- Providing companionship and emotional support during quieter hours.
- Monitoring the safety and comfort of residents throughout the evening.
- Helping with mobility and ensuring any specific needs are met during your shift.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in communal and private areas.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless care.

- Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
