As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:
Supporting residents with personal care and hygiene, mealtimes, and daily activities.
Promoting social engagement by encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies and interests.
Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with residents.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the care home.
Assisting with mobility and ensuring the physical well-being of residents.
Participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure residents' individual needs are met.
Contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging social activities.

Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
