The Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Nursing Assistant to join their Continence service team in North Shields. This role involves supporting specialist nursing staff within a community setting and requires travel across the Northumbria healthcare locality. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a full driving license, and access to a vehicle. Key responsibilities include assisting with patient reviews in nursing homes, conducting basic training sessions on continence product use, performing bladder scans, and providing support in the home delivery service office.
