Job description
As an Operational Support Manager with NHS Resolution in Leeds, you'll be at the heart of ensuring exceptional service delivery within the Practitioner Performance Advice's Case Advice team. You'll be pivotal in managing a regional team of Advisers, supporting them with proactive operational management to enhance service delivery, improve processes, and ensure efficient team operations. With line management responsibility for an admin support team and a focus on evidence-based decisions, you'll drive crucial service improvements and business-critical projects. Your expertise in project management and operational excellence will empower the team to deliver significant results. Experience in managing performance, driving change, and fostering meaningful relationships with advisers, users, and stakeholders is essential for this one-year maternity cover position.
