The role of Community Mental Health Nurse in the Central Older Adult CMHT at Oxford Health NHS Trust involves providing assessment and evidence-based treatment interventions to older adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including dementia. The position, based at Warneford Hospital, is part-time (22.5 hours per week) and emphasises collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on person-centered care and the recovery of service users. The nurse will work autonomously, developing treatment plans in partnership with service users and their families, and will deliver interventions based on NICE guidelines.

Candidates for this internal position must be resilient registered Mental Health Nurses with significant post-qualification experience.
