Step into a vital role within the Acute Medical Unit at Manchester Royal Infirmary, where your attention to detail and organisational prowess will shine. As a Housekeeper with the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, you’ll collaborate closely with ward managers, nurses, and support staff to maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment for both patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of medical equipment, keeping a careful eye on stock levels, and playing a key role in patient satisfaction by gathering feedback and assisting in quality improvement initiatives. You’ll use your initiative to anticipate needs, manage your workload with finesse, and contribute to the smooth operation of the ward, always upholding the dignity and respect of those in your care.
