Jump into a fulfilling role with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Specialist Therapy Assistant, where your expertise will shine in the dynamic Integrated Care Team - Therapy. You'll engage directly with patients aged 16 and above, offering transformative care within their homes across the Sheffield community. This position places you at the heart of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. As you manage your caseload and conduct assessments, your work will be pivotal in devising and implementing effective therapy treatment programmes.
