This pivotal role involves working closely with Autistic adults experiencing a mental health crisis, with the aim of preventing hospital admissions. You'll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and other specialists, all collaborating to deliver tailored interventions and develop communication plans.
