Staff new to the Trust will be employed on an apprentice contract so that they have an opportunity to 'earn while they learn'. Become prepared and knowledgeable within the working environment and work towards gaining a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship. At the end of the Apprenticeship be work-ready for an administrative/ customer service role.
