Nestled in the heart of York, you'll join a skilled team dedicated to nurturing our smallest patients—infants born from 27 weeks gestation—within a 15-cot Local Neonatal Unit, including two ICU-designated spaces. This permanent, part-time Band 6 role is perfect for a qualified nurse with over two years of post-registration neonatal experience and a Neonatal Qualification in Speciality under their belt. Here, you'll have a vital role managing the unit in the manager's absence, leveraging your knowledge in human resources and trust developments, whilst inspiring growth among your peers.
