The Senior Mental Health Practitioner role at the Crisis and Home Treatment Service (CAHTS) in Swindon, part of the Oxford Health NHS Trust, involves providing intensive, short-term support to children and young people experiencing complex mental health needs. The practitioner will conduct initial assessments and deliver interventions aimed at addressing the emotional and mental health crises of young individuals, thereby helping to reduce the risk of inpatient hospitalisation or facilitate their transition out of such care.
