Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic Consultant Ophthalmologist with a special focus on Paediatric Ophthalmology. Based in a thriving ophthalmic department that operates across multiple hospital sites, including Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital, the role offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated team of 32 consultant ophthalmologists. With the upcoming expansion of Ophthalmic Imaging Hubs, the department is poised for growth, making it an exciting time to join and shape the future of paediatric eye care. The successful candidate will enjoy a balanced workload with a 10 PA commitment, split into 8 Direct Clinical Care (DCC) sessions and 2 Supporting Professional Activities (SPA), with flexible working arrangements considered to fit your needs.
