RMN / RNLD — step into a compassionate, nurse-led setting caring for adults with complex needs where clinical skill meets warmth. You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care and safe medication administration, develop and lead personalised care plans with the wider team, build strong relationships with service users and families, and uphold dignity, choice and independence. The role also involves mentoring and supporting care staff, keeping accurate records and ensuring CQC standards are maintained.

You’ll need a current NMC PIN and experience in complex needs, mental health or learning disabilities, plus strong clinical decision-making, safeguarding and infection-control knowledge and a flexible, proactive approach. This permanent, full-time Band 5 post pays £19 per hour under Agenda for Change, with auto-enrolment pension, mandatory training, clear development pathways and Blue Light Card eligibility; DBS and UK professional registration are required.
