Our Women's Service in Cornwall is recruiting two Recovery Workers to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. If you are an enthusiastic and creative individual and are passionate about changing people's lives for the better, we'd love to hear from you.
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

This role has been designed to work specifically on working with women living across the county, with diverse and complex needs to engage in treatment around their substance use, healthy relationships and mental and emotional health. This will be a trauma informed service using an outreach model to ensure the flexibility needed to keep women engaged in treatment. There will be an emphasis on multi agency working and networking to develop and provide sustainable pathways, supporting women to meet their goals. As part of this role, you will be required to work on a Saturday between the hours of 9am - 5pm on a rotational basis. Hours worked during this time will be toiled between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
