The Clinical Audit & NICE Guidance Manager role at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is a full-time position responsible for enhancing mental health service delivery through effective clinical audit and quality improvement (QI) initiatives. The role involves managing the Clinical Audit Team, collaborating with divisional leads, and closely working with governance and clinical teams to monitor audit programs and support training. Key responsibilities include planning audit projects, coordinating clinical involvement, designing QI approaches, analyzing complex data, producing timely reports, and ensuring that findings lead to measurable improvements in patient care.

Ideal candidates should have strong expertise in QI methodology, clinical audits, and NICE guidance. They will also need excellent communication skills to navigate internal and external meetings, ensure effective resource use, and foster collaboration across the Trust. The position is based at the Trust's HQ in Littlemore, Oxford, and supports a flexible work environment with hybrid options.
