East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Specialist Homecare Pharmacist to join their expanding Pharmacy Homecare Team in Canterbury. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a vibrant environment delivering essential medicines to over 5000 patients across various specialities. In this multifaceted role, your expertise in prescription screening, governance, and service improvement will be key as you handle patient and provider queries with precision and problem-solving flair. An eye for detail and a systematic approach are crucial as you maintain and support clinical pharmacy services, in line with Trust procedures and the standards set by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and the Hackett Report for Homecare services.

Additionally, you'll work alongside Lead Clinical Pharmacists and outpatient staff to identify growth opportunities in the homecare sector.
