The role of Clinical Site Manager at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust involves overseeing effective site management and operational issues, with a specific focus on the Patient Flow and Hospital at Night teams. The post holder will ensure timely patient admissions, appropriate treatment placements, and effective resource utilisation around the clock, typically working 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, supporting discharge processes in collaboration with clinical staff, handling complaints and incidents, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

In addition to managing the daily operations of hospital sites, the Clinical Site Manager will play a strategic role in promoting the Trust's mission and objectives, contributing to service improvement plans, and fostering collaborative relationships within multidisciplinary teams.
