The Education Quality Assurance Lead at Oxford Health NHS Trust is responsible for overseeing a 12-month project aimed at developing capacity for long-term Podiatry and Allied Health Professional (AHP) apprenticeships within the South East. The role entails collaboration with learning and development teams, higher education institutions (HEIs), and various stakeholders to establish a peer network of podiatry apprentices and create localized training offerings that support recruitment and retention. This position requires strong project management skills, experience in education or workforce development, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

The lead will work closely with the Learning and Development quality assurance team to ensure that programs adhere to standards set by the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and OFSTED. They will be tasked with mapping educational initiatives, managing project timelines, and facilitating discussions with Subject Matter Experts to ensure educational content meets national standards. Overall, the role emphasises non-clinical leadership in projects focused on clinical pathway transformation and workforce education in the Trust.
