As Deputy Nurse Manager of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care the organisation is known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you'll help with ensuring care standards, motivating the team, and leading by example to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.

The role requires experience in helping residents with different health needs, a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as some HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.

You must be RN qualified with active PIN
