This exciting opportunity with the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust invites passionate clinical professionals to join the vibrant SoNAR Team. As a Clinical Fellow in the South West Neonatal Advice and Retrieval service, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient neonatal transport across the region. Every year, the team assists in over 1,200 critical transfers, bringing expert care to vulnerable newborns and supporting repatriations between twelve neonatal units. Based at the dynamic hub in Aztec West, you'll work alongside specialised clinical teams, utilising state-of-the-art equipment to deliver life-saving treatments during transit. Ideal candidates will bring substantial experience from level three NICUs and the ability to work independently, all while enjoying the support and mentorship of esteemed consultants.
In this role, you'll refine invaluable skills such as transport triage, journey prioritisation, and critical patient assessment.
