As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your focus will be on providing a wide range of engaging activities and experiences to support the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our residents. With your compassion, dedication, and strong communication skills, you will work closely with residents, their families, and the care team to create a nurturing and fulfilling environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying residents' individual needs and preferences, planning and implementing a diverse activity program, and fostering an inclusive and stimulating community. You will arrange events, outings, and social gatherings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors. Maintaining a safe and positive environment, you will contribute to the professional image of the home and ensure that the principles of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment are upheld for all residents.
