The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Counsellor for its Horncastle Healthy Minds service on a 12-month fixed-term contract or secondment, operating at Band 5. The role primarily focuses on providing counselling to children and young people aged 0-19 presenting with low-level emotional wellbeing or mental health issues. The Counsellor will perform assessments, deliver one-on-one and group counselling, and support parents and carers, while also maintaining communication with educational settings to embed a holistic approach to mental health support. Additionally, the Counsellor will oversee and provide clinical supervision to B4 Practitioners within the team.

This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, but alternate working patterns may be considered.
