The East and North Herts NHS Trust is seeking a PALS Assistant - Patient Experience to provide essential administrative support to the Complaints, PALS, and Patient and Carer Experience teams. The role involves facilitating feedback collection from patients and their families, ensuring this information is organized and accessible for both staff and public display. Key responsibilities include managing phone communications, visiting wards, tracking open cases, and inputting survey data.
