At The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool, we’re offering a remarkable opportunity for an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner with the drive and commitment to advance patient care in one of the UK's most esteemed cancer treatment facilities. As part of our team, you'll bring your expertise in delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to patients across Cheshire & Merseyside and beyond. We’re seeking an individual who is not only enthusiastic about specialised cancer care but is also adept at advancing clinical practices within a multidisciplinary team. With your outstanding communication skills, leadership prowess, and a knack for prioritising under pressure, you’ll help shape the future of patient care while providing mentorship and education to other healthcare professionals.
Your role will be integral, working closely alongside our medical and nursing teams, predominantly within our Clinical Decision Unit, to deliver urgent care to those experiencing side effects from their treatments. You will provide clinical leadership on our inpatient wards, manage the 24-hour Hotline Triage Service, and carry the responsibility of a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
