Job description
Step into a pivotal role within Digital Health and Care Wales as an Information Support Officer (Data Standards), where your knack for organisation and communication will shine. If you're someone who thrives in busy team environments and has had experience with administrative duties, this fixed-term role, lasting up to four months, offers an exciting chance to make a difference. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring NHS Wales can continue to deliver first-class patient care by supporting the Data Standards team. Responsibilities include monitoring the central mailbox, managing the circulation and publication of crucial data updates, and keeping our collaborative spaces fresh and focused. Experience with meeting facilitation and engaging with a variety of stakeholders, especially within the NHS, will stand you in good stead.
In this role, your contributions will support the gathering and reporting of high-quality information, essential for the continuous improvement of patient care across Wales. You'll be comfortable engaging with colleagues to update the NHS Wales Data Dictionary and organising meetings to advance our mission of excellence in healthcare information standards. Both English and Welsh speakers are welcome to bring their skills to this dynamic environment.
