A Support Worker role at Pinetree Lodge in Gateshead (recruited by Vacancy Filler) offers a meaningful, part‑time position (30 hours per week) on a three‑month contract with the possibility of extension. You’ll support older adults living with dementia and behaviours that challenge, working alongside experienced Registered Nurses and Clinical Leads to deliver personal care (washing, dressing, assistance with eating and drinking), observe and listen to residents and families, and help develop person‑centred strategies to reduce risk and improve day‑to‑day wellbeing. Salary is pro rata £25,007.12 per year with enhanced pay rates (1.3x after 8pm and on Saturdays; 1.6x on Sundays and bank holidays). Please note this post is not eligible for sponsorship.
