We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our vibrant supported living services across Caerphilly Borough, including Blackwood, Ystrad Mynach, and Fleur De Llys. These are 24/7 services, so flexibility and reliability are key. You’ll be part of a rotating schedule that includes a combination of day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and sleep-in or waking night shifts. About the Role Join us in providing person-centred support that truly makes a difference! You’ll help people with physical and mental health needs in their homes and communities, supporting daily routines like meal preparation, medication, and household tasks, while also helping them enjoy activities they love, whether it’s choir, arts & crafts, or pedal-powered adventures. You’ll encourage independence, nurture friendships, and support people to explore volunteer opportunities and new experiences. Duties could include: Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs. Offering emotional support and positive encouragement. Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties. Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working. Checking and digitally recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.
