Active Care Group in Tunbridge Wells is looking for compassionate, experienced Support Workers to provide person‑centred care in clients’ homes across Tunbridge Wells and Bidborough. This permanent, full‑time role (£12.25–£13.50 per hour) involves supporting children, young people and adults with complex needs — including brain and spinal injuries, neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, respiratory care and PEG feeding — helping people to live as independently and fulfil their potential. We’re particularly keen to hear from female carers who take pride in high‑quality, respectful care; due to client requirements this vacancy is being recruited under a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR).
