As a Support Worker at Welland House in Corby you’ll deliver hands-on, person-centred care in a small, homely setting for eight people with needs such as learning disabilities, epilepsy, dementia, Down’s syndrome and cerebral palsy. This full-time, permanent role pays £12.34–£13.84 per hour with typical shifts of 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm, and involves supporting daily activities, health needs and meaningful community days out alongside an experienced, long-standing team.
