Welland house has an excellent reputation and a welcoming and friendly environment with a long-standing team that supports a fantastic group of individuals . Welland house is a small care home for 8 people. The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Dementia, Down’s syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. Full training and continual development is available to meet the high level of health care requirements the individuals we support need. Welland house has excellent relationships with the local CTPLD and the Community Nursing Team which ensures all needs are met in a timely manner , this collaborative approach ensures the people we support receive a high standard of individualised care. We have a well-established team with most staff working there for some considerable time it is very much a home from home .
