To accurately record, collate, monitor and provide feedback of patient information to the Team Leader and/or Care Manager, initiating actions as necessary. • At the direction of the senior member of staff assist in the delivery of planned nursing care for a child. • Ensure nursing practices are maintained with the Trust’s policies, procedures and clinical guidelines for self and others. To apply them to the community environment. • Maintain confidentiality, integrity and sensitivity to the individual needs of the child/family. • Pay full regard to Health and Safety practices which include hand hygiene. If successful in this role, there is a requirement for you to have a standard/enhanced DBS. This will be paid for by the Trust and then deducted from your salary over a period of 3 month. As this vacancy is within the division of Women’s and Children’s, there is a mandatory requirement for successful applicants to join the DBS update service. The cost of joining the update service is £13 per year, and applicants are liable to cover this cost with no reimbursement from the Trust. Further details of how to join the update service will be provided upon appointment.
