Support Worker at Voyage Care, Redmond House, Corby (full-time, permanent). Pay from £12.34 up to £13.84 per hour with additional evening and weekend enhancements and premium overtime. You’ll work in a purpose-built bungalow supporting up to 12 residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. The role involves delivering person-centred personal care, helping with daily living, working closely with visiting health professionals and contributing to meaningful day-to-day plans that improve quality of life. A UK manual driving licence is required and all offers are subject to satisfactory DBS and references.
